Meet Emily
Even before Emily joined BRT, she was making magic happen for students. As a high school color guard instructor, she’s worked with students both on the field and off – most memorably as they marched on Main Street USA in the Thanksgiving Parade of Bands. She’s also worked in various roles throughout her favorite travel destination, Walt Disney World. Emily is excited to continue making magic on our team, as brings travel dreams to life.

My favorite travel memory
My favorite travel memory is my family’s 2013 trip to Disney. It was our first time staying on Disney property. We stayed in a spacious three-bedroom grand villa. We never left the Disney Parks before they closed. It was the last trip we have taken with all our extended family. I have many magical memories from this vacation and hope to plan another trip as big as this one soon.
My hobbies and pastimes
I am a high school color guard instructor. I love teaching the new students how to spin a flag and dance. It can be a slow process, but I am so fulfilled when I see a performer get something they have worked so hard to perfect. Witnessing the growth and confidence of my performers is the best part of my job. I also love to read. I am a sucker for the Twilight books (see what I did there?).
My favorite destination
My favorite travel destination will always be the most magical place on earth, Walt Disney World in Florida. When was growing up, my family vacations were always there. I love that place so much that I even completed two Disney Internships during my college career. It is my home away from home. Each and every visit back is more magical than the last. I am Mickey’s biggest fan!
The personal touches that BRT provides. Your company gets to know the people they work with. I have never felt like a "number" with BRT.
