Meet Susan
Music. Travel. Meeting new people. All things that Susan loves and has the opportunity to experience in her role at BRT. A former music educator, Susan combines her experience with music and choral students with her love of travel destination research to create amazing experiences that will impact student performers. She says figuring out how to put all the pieces of a trip together is like assembling a giant puzzle – and she’s definitely up for the challenge.

My favorite travel destination
Traveling to Orlando with my husband and son was such a fantastic experience! There isn’t any one part of the trip that stands out the most, but seeing the numerous times my son’s face lit up with excitement and joy was priceless.
My hobbies and pastimes
When I’m not in the office, I can usually be found with my family. I love spending time outdoors (hiking, camping, etc.). I am also an avid reader. And, of course, music surrounds everything I do, whether I am teaching, going to concerts, listening to my favorite artists, or just singing in the car!
My favorite destination
I’ve had the opportunity to travel to so many amazing destinations, but my favorite is still Colorado. My family and I love the outdoors, so being able to hike in the mountains is one of our favorite things to do!
The personal touches that BRT provides. Your company gets to know the people they work with. I have never felt like a "number" with BRT.
