It’s here! We’re kicking off 2019 with a brand new tool for our clients that we know is going to make the trip planning and travel process even more streamlined. This new tool is a new site called MyTour– a platform that allows our clients to access trip information, communicate with our team and share information in real time, from any computer, phone or tablet.
Our goal in developing MyTour was to give our clients the information they want or need, when they want it, wherever they are. We’ve always been committed to communicating with clients in the way that works best for them – so we’ll continue to be here for you by phone, email, text, or a chat over coffee – but now if you need information right this second, you’ll have it at your fingertips. Here are some of the features you’ll love:
Tour itinerary and Pricing Proposal
Your complete itinerary will be accessible, with changes updated in real time.
Need to remember when your final balance or rooming list is due? All of your trip planning responsibilities are clearly outlined and scheduled as “to-do’s” that you can check off as you accomplish them. MyTour also schedules email reminders for you as deadlines approach.
An up-to-date list of your travelers will be available through the app so you always have a headcount. If you’re utilizing our online payment system known as IPS, you’ll also be able to see each student’s current payment status.
Have a quick questions or an idea you want to share? The Chat Feature allows you to communicate trip details, questions, and changes with your BRT team.
Send emails to all of your travelers quickly and efficiently through the contact list that contains every traveler’s information.
This is a centralized hub filled with all the forms, documents, and information to help make your trip a success. Planning guides, sample trip announcement letters for parents and administration, performance details – it’s all here.
If your group is using our IPS system, you’ll be able to access account balances and statuses for each individual traveler as well as the status for the entire group. If you’re being invoiced for the trip, all invoices are all accessible through the site. You’ll also be notified through the site as invoices are available and when we have received your payment.
