Dedicated destination dreamer. Opportunity planner. Organizational assistant. These are a few of the honorary titles David Leach has given himself in his role as a travel consultant here at BRT. But perhaps the most important title that best describes David is advocate. A veteran high school band director with over 35 years of experience, David cherishes the privilege he’s had to help student musicians see the world, share their artistry and experience the magic of new destinations. So, he knows exactly what performance groups need to make these experiences feel seamless. He’s thrilled to serve his music education peers and dream up new opportunities for even more student performers.

My favorite travel memory
Meeting with Seniors at the end of a tour and having them share everything that our relationship meant and how our travels and activities we shared changed them, for good!
My hobbies and pastimes
Sharing great food, laughing with good friends (I love to cook) and sharing our lives over a meal. Jujitsu (a lifetime pursuit), conducting bands of all ages and experiences.
My favorite travel destination
That’s not a fair question…. NYC for the food, theater and music. San Antonio for the Riverwalk, Boston for the crab rolls, Orlando for the magic, London for the history, Trieste for the beauty, Bournemouth for the memories.
