Meet Frank
Whether he’s fine-tuning the Individual Payment System or working directly with students and their parents, going above and beyond is just Frank’s style. Everyday, Frank uses his background – a business degree and extensive customer service experience – to work closely with students and their families, getting to know them and planning the final details of their trips. A musician at heart and an avid traveler, Frank knows how meaningful student travel experiences can be, and enjoys playing his role in making them possible.

My favorite travel memory
I traveled to Germany, Austria, and Poland in January 2011 and it was my first European vacation. It was quite significant to me, since my girlfriend was born in Poland, which gave me the opportunity to see her country and where she was raised. Also, I am part Polish and it was nice to see where some of my ancestors came from. I am an avid skier and having the chance to ski the Swiss Alps was amazing! On top of that, I was finally able to experience some authentic Polish and German cuisine.
My hobbies and pastimes
I love playing guitar and it is a skill I acquired in grade school. Playing an instrument is relaxing to me, and it is a great way to unwind after a hectic day. I love winter because I have a passion for snowboarding/skiing. When I was younger I used to be more of a daredevil, but now I enjoy just cruising down the slopes. Gathering the family up over the holidays and continuing our traditions means a lot to me, especially as you get older since it becomes increasingly difficult to round everyone up.
My favorite travel destination
When it is time for a vacation, Riviera Maya, Mexico always seems to be my go-to vacation spot. The weather is perfect, the beaches are adequate for tanning, and all-inclusive deals (endless surplus of food) always go well with me because I am constantly hungry.
I have yet to have a less than stellar experience when working with BRT. Any small issue that may arise is always taken care of quickly and the stress is taken off the directors and the chaperones. It's truly a first-class experience and I end every trip excited for the next.
