After months of putting travel dreams on hold, we’re thrilled to be back on the road with students once again. Directors from all over the country have a performance tour waiting on the calendar; they’re confidently planning with us, dreaming up new possibilities for their student musicians in destinations from coast to coast.

Why are they confident? The answer is three-fold protection:

1. BRT Cares

Student safety has always been our top priority. For decades, we’ve been designing and modifying our best practices around safety and this latest season is no different. We specifically designed our BRT Cares program to help our travelers feel safe on the road by helping them:

Travel clean – We’re doing our best to keep everyone happy and healthy on each of our performance tours. So we’re working with all of our vendor partners to ensure they have cleaning regimens that meet or exceed CDC and local health department guidelines.

 

Travel confidently – Our health and safety task force is constantly reviewing changing guidelines and travel requirements, as well as providing training for Tour Directors and managing plans should someone become sick on tour.

 

Travel memorably – Making memories is what travel is all about, so we work to give students the absolute best experience with the least disruption. If an event on an itinerary doesn’t meet our health and safety standards, we swap it with something equally awesome. 

2. Trip Assurance

A performance tour is a significant investment that deserves protection. Our Trip Assurance program ensures that if your group cancels its trip for reasons beyond its control, we will be your advocate to get you the highest refund possible. Every trip we plan includes this program the moment the trip is confirmed, allowing our clients to book with confidence and travel worry-free.

3. Trip Insurance

For our groups that want extra protection, we offer “Cancel for Any Reason” (CFAR) insurance for every trip. This third-party insurance will provide a 75% refund, and when coupled with our efforts to get you the maximum refund, the end result is typically an 80% – 95% total refund.
